Dawson's Baptism

Dawson Bruce Berg was baptized today at St. Mary's Church
in Oregon, IL. Dawson is David & Cari's 1st child.

Our new bunny

Last weekend, we got a new bunny. She is a 9 week old 1/2 New Zealand & 1/2 mini lop. We haven't decided on a name yet. Megan calls her Bunny & Jake & I call her Miss Daisy. We may need some recommendations for her new name.

Winnebago County Fair

Saturday afternoon, we went to the Fair. We all rode some rides and got some delicious snacks. Jacob got cotton candy, Megan got a large corn dog and we all shared a funnel cake. It was a beautiful, sunny day - in the mid 80's. Jacob kept asking to go on all of the big rides. You can see him and Rick on the ball of fire in the 2nd set of seats. He's always been a "dare devil". A fun time was had by all.

Jake's new camera

Each week, the kids and I go garage sale-ing. Last Friday, Jacob found a polaroid digital camera, with a memory card, manual & new batteries for $10. He happened to have $5 with him and $ at home - so I said yes to his big purchase. This is a nice camera - we still need to learn how to use all of the settings. All weekend he took 100's of pictures - thankfully we don't have to get them all "developed". : ) Here are some pictures from a 6 year old.
